What you order is what we ship

Photographs are colour-accurate to within ±5%. If a piece arrives meaningfully different from how it’s shown, we’ll make it right.

Honest pricing

The price you see is the price you pay — taxes included, no fine-print add-ons at checkout. Shipping is itemised separately and capped.

Cancel before dispatch, free

You can cancel any order before it ships at no charge. After dispatch, our 14-day return window kicks in instead.

Your account, your rules

You're responsible for your sign-in. We won't share your password with anyone — not even our own support team.

We respect creators

All photography and writing on this site is original or licensed. If you'd like to use any, ask — we usually say yes.

Disputes? We talk first

Email-resolved disputes for 30 days before any escalation. Indian law applies; jurisdiction is the courts of Bengaluru.

By accessing or using GarmentNest, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may update prices, descriptions or availability at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm acceptance once payment succeeds and the order ships.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. GarmentNest Pvt. Ltd. does not store full card details on our servers.

Shipping & returns

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within India. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Account & conduct

You're responsible for the security of your account. Use of the store for unlawful or abusive activity is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, branding — is owned by GarmentNest Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Common questions

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — free of charge before the order is dispatched (you'll get an email when it ships). After that, use the return process within 14 days of delivery.

What happens if you can’t fulfil my order?

On the rare occasion something is out of stock after order, we'll refund you in full within 48 hours and offer an equivalent piece at the same price as a goodwill gesture.

Can I use your photos on my blog or social media?

For personal, non-commercial use — yes, with credit and a link back. For commercial use, drop us an email and we'll usually approve in writing within a day.

Which laws govern these terms?

Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
